Preliminary RFI for Consulting Services

Opportunity for members:

The City of Pearland Texas seeks a consultant to conduct an FM Staffing Study. Pearland, population 122,000, is located in Texas, south of the Houston metro. The consultant will acquire an extensive understanding of current O&M practices and future needs in terms of facilities and service levels, with a cost/benefit perspective. The experiences of other cities and IFMA Benchmarks will help to frame the study, but analysis and recommendations must reflect an understanding at depth of the circumstances and needs of Pearland.
