Creating a successful, on-going relationship between an FM Team and any type of contracted service provider should not be a hit or miss process, but rather a methodical and predictable process that leads to a win-win outcome for both the FM’s organization and the partner. This panel of experienced FMs and FM consultants will share their many years of experience in what it takes to create those successful FM relationships that can provide years of on-going, successful engagements. This session will include real-life case studies of FM-Contracted Services engagements that have led to successful teaming relationships.

Learning Objectives:

  • How to create an effective RFP incorporating realistic objectives
  • Develop effective performance criteria and a contract governance plan
  • Better understand the pros and cons of performance and prescriptive based contracts
  • Identify the trigger points that require you to supplement your internal FM team
