#IFMAFMCC #WorldFMDay 2017 #LiveSlot1702 by Graham Constable “Enabling Positive Experience”

“Correctly developing and managing the buyer – supplier relationship” live from Australia

There has always been tension between the Buyer and the Provider of FM related services. What starts out as a relationship with hope and good intentions from both sides can quickly become an under-whelming experience, which often leads to expensive resolution in terms of time, effort and money. Usually the contract ends, at best, when it is documented and the procurement cycle starts over with cynical expectations. Lost opportunity becomes the norm.

There is a better outcome if the effort and he research is done up front by all parties. This webinar runs through some of the causes of and measures that can be taken to remove or at least minimise this tension. The goal is to enable a positive experience between all parties that will ultimately benefit the user.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understanding of the key Buyer-Supplier Disconnects.
  2. Understanding fo the key Buyer-Supplier Connects.
  3. Understanding of where more value can be added in the relationship.
  4. Defining a better approach and structure to the Buyer-Supplier relationship
