Invitation to House of Delegates Annual Meeting
Dear David Reynolds,
We are looking forward to seeing you at this year’s World Workplace in Phoenix!

We hope that you have made plans to attend the 2019 House of Delegates Annual Meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 15 from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. in, Phoenix Convention Center North Wing, Room N124 AB, Street Level. Check in for the meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. outside of this room.

The FM Consultants Council is eligible to send 3 delegate(s) to this meeting: an equivalent number of alternate delegates may also be named. Delegate numbers, determined by the method outlined in Article V. Section 2 of the IFMA Bylaws, are based on the August 2019 Membership Report. You are asked to submit the name(s) and emails addresses of your delegate(s) to the Components Team, components@ifma.org, by Monday, September 23. I hope that you are planning to attend; if not, please ensure that other key officers are engaged to serve as your delegate(s).

As Council President, you are the only leader receiving this information.  It is your responsibility to provide delegate(s) names to serve in this capacity. Also note that a delegate can only represent one component.
