FMCC President’s BLOG – November/December 2022

It has been another active couple of months for us at the IFMA FM Consultant’s Council. Most recently, we have elected two new officers to the board: Kathleen Lausman from Canada, and Stephanie Brounstein from the USA. Kathleen takes on our vacant role as Vice-President, and Stephanie has been appointed as our Secretary; we welcome them both and look forward to their involvement in the year ahead.
I was happy to meet Kathleen and other FMCC members in Nashville, including at our dinner social on the Thursday night of the conference. I also met with our Past President David Reynolds at the conference and met up with Mike Liddle here in London afterwards.
Our board is working on our ‘future directions’ initiative to plan out our mission and focus going forward. My hope is that we can approve measures to increase board performance and member satisfaction – please stay tuned.
