FMCC President’s BLOG – March/April 2021

Over the last few months, I have enjoyed reaching out to some of the new and renewing members of FMCC and discussing the challenges they are facing as Facility Managers and what they see ahead.

One thing is certain – the pandemic did not reduce our workload – the knowledge and skills we provide as Facility Managers remained vital to the organizations we serve. I, like many of our members, are certainly grateful for all the knowledge sharing and education that IFMA (the staff, the executive and the membership) provides so well.

In talking with our members, I am still amazed about the widely diverse facilities we look after and how committed Facility Managers are to those who work there, those who visit and the overall positive impact we make to our communities.
