On behalf of Nominating Committee of the Consultants Council, Following is a list of members nominated for election as officers for the upcoming one-year term. Nominees, IFMA FMCC Officers, 2022-2023
Dale Schuss (incumbent)
Dale consults in real estate and property management. He brings international experience to FMCC. Beginning in 2008, he founded then built the successful Randall North Real Estate Services Inc. He has recently relocated from Canada to London, England, where he will continue to practice.
British Columbia, Canada
Kathleen provides expertise in capital planning/life cycle asset management and in project management, using principles and processes enabled by technology systems and LEAN methodology. Her 30+ years of practice include direct experience delivering capital projects and O&M. She is focused on sustainable solutions reducing waste, improving asset value and the facility occupant experience.
Stephanie (Steph) brings 20+ years of U.S. and international experience in strategic projects, campus wide building operations, workplace management, operational efficiency, and OPEX economy. In the FM vertical, she works from the organization wide tier, to departments and business units, to teams and individuals. Her awareness of communication with FM stakeholders reveal opportunities to initiate, implement, and sustain improvements.
Daniel Goldsmith (incumbent)
Washington DC, U.S.
Daniel is the principal of Daniel M. Goldsmith Consultancy, LLC, a consultancy specializing in Management and Facility Management. Daniel is a Doctorate level academic and contributes to the Strayer University Master of Business Administration Program. Daniel has extensive experience in managing commercial level facilities within the United States Government. In addition to IFMA, Daniel contributes to the Institute of Management Consultants – National Capital Region Chapter, the American Statistical Association (AMSTAT), and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)
