Overview:
To be highly engaged and effective at work, you need to have the right mix of talents, strengths and passion for your job, as well as the right environment in which to do it.   In this presentation, Karen will explain the role of talents and strengths for tapping into intrinsic motivation and creating engagement.  She will also talk about culture and work space (using the concepts in “Change Your Space, Change Your Culture” by Rex Miller, Mabel Casey and Mark Konchar), including alternate work strategies, and how these are key to employee engagement and organizational success.    Attendees will be given practice thinking about their talents and the ideal work environment for them and how this will be different for their co-workers and employees.  The attendees leave with a different way to apply work strategies to the unique needs of each employee.
Learning Objectives:
⦁ Understand the importance of knowing each person’s talent and strengths and a cost effective way to do this
