Jerry DiCola is the founder of Inspiring Consultant Services, LLC, where he helps organizations strengthen operations, elevate facilities teams, and achieve sustainable results. With over two decades of experience across the legal, pharmaceutical, financial, and technology sectors, he has managed complex international projects and built high-performing FM teams.
As a subject matter expert in IFMA training program development, Jerry contributes to advancing industry education and delivers IFMA certification courses worldwide. He has also taught BOMI training programs, further supporting professional development across the field. A long-time IFMA member and former Chicago Chapter President (2013–2015), Jerry is committed to mentoring professionals and aligning facilities strategy with organizational goals.
