After a number of months of planning and many conversations, the FMCC is publishing insights for the Facility Management community on Change – in a series of Webcasts.

This series “Dancing with Change in FM” takes inspiration from the Peter Senge book – The Dance of Change: The challenges to sustaining momentum in a learning organization.

 

 

 

We connected with a number of experts in many areas of practice to discuss various changes in today’s & tomorrow’s world and how we’re dealing with these changes in the built environment around the globe. It’s people that work/live in the built environment and that lead change to adjust to different influences and impacts. Change is frequently hard and slow and complex. We have captured insightful conversations on:
