FM CONSULTANTS COUNCIL (FMCC)

The FM Consultants council supports new and existing FM consultants as they build a career around their workplace expertise. Through geographical and cross-discipline networking, best practices and small business management skills, the council empowers members to step out into the marketplace. This is a noncommercial forum for members to network and share ideas.

Why Join FMCC?

As a facilities professional, you want to earn recognition and advance your position. One way this is accomplished is by delivering services to your clients. Another means is to contribute to the success of others. Both options exist in FMCC.

Become a FMCC Member

 FMCC membership is open to all IFMA members, notably:

  • Independent and corporate FM consultants
  • Members exploring FM consulting
  • Members who are service or product providers
  • Student members with an interest in FM consulting as a career objective

A. No, you must be a member of IFMA or RICS before joining any of the association councils.

A. $55 annual fee for professional and associate members and $10 for student and retired members.
