IFMA Global Chair Graham Tier will be presenting a keynote at World Workplace China, September 13-14, 2018.
About the presentation:
The Perfect FM Strategy – Mr. Graham Tier will share with the audience at the IFMA Beijing Summit how to develop a perfect facility management strategy and how the strategy will be aligned with the ISO 41000 standard. He will also provide a detailed analysis of the steps in developing a strategic plan and share how to implement the strategy in a new facility or existing organization.
About the Speaker:
Graham has received a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management and Building Management from various institutions in Australia. He holds key qualifications in the field of facility management including FMP and CFM, and is also a certified instructor at IFMA.
Graham works closely with the Hong Kong Jockey Club, a non-profit charity in Hong Kong. His main responsibilities include managing all aspects of facility management, including the operation and maintenance of horse racing and non-horse facilities. The facility is made up of approximately 100 million square feet of land, building 10 million square feet of residential, commercial and recreational facilities, making it one of the largest properties in Asia.
Graham is a member of the IFMA International Facilities Management Association and the RICS Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is currently a Director of RICS Asia and a global director of IFMA. As one of IFMA’s executive committees, he is considered to be the most senior FM industry leader. Graham has served many leading international companies such as British American Tobacco, Johnson & Johnson, McPherson’s, Amcor, and has established networks with many of the world’s best performing organizations. In the Asia Pacific region, Graham is also a Distinguished Lecturer in Best Practice Technology and Facilities.
